AP MOTOR STORE - RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
   
1. A refund or exchange will only be permitted within 7 days upon reciept of order.
2. All refunds for items bought incorrectly or not required any more are subject to actual postage costs, i.e if the item shows free postage the amount refunded will be minus the actual postage cost and packaging charges incurred in sending the item.
3. No refunds or exchanges will be made on any ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Custom’ products. This includes ALL car mats, special order Silicone Hoses and custom cut/beaded alloy lengths.
4. No refunds or exchanges will be made on items whereby the product shows signs of used or the packaging has been damaged / tampered with.
5. If you have received an item incorrectly please do not open or use the item as we will be unable to exchange it.
6. Any item that is deemed faulty under the manufacturers warranty must be returned with a copy invoice, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
7. Items returned under warranty may take up to 21 days to exchange as the item will require to be fully tested by the manufacturer.
8. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that have not been received by AP MotorStore, therefore we advise all returns are sent using a recorded or traceable postal service.
9. No returns will be accepted or granted on parcels that do not include a valid ‘Returns Ticket’. Parcels sent back without a valid ‘Returns Ticket’ will NOT be processed.
10. Once your return ticket has been submitted a member of our customer service team will contact you via telephone. Please ensure you submit a valid phone number. Tickets with invalid phone number will not be processed.
